I was introduced to Melinda as I was very unhappy with how our property was being managed at the time by a different agency. I was in need of advice and Melinda provided that unconditionally. By doing so (perhaps unknown to her) she also provided much needed support during a very stressful period. Her professional conduct and knowledge clearly reflected her experiences in the industry, a stark difference to what I was dealing with at the time. Her professionalism was further evident as at no time did she pass any personal judgements towards the other agency.
What stood out for me was that we had never met before and I was living overseas, yet she took the time to listen and research information to help me try and resolve my issue with the previous agency. There was neither payment request, nor any promise to sign over the management of my property yet she did all she could to help me in my situation. In the end we cut our losses and switched to Melinda and her team. I cannot thank her enough for saving my sanity at the beginning and am grateful to this day to have been introduced to her. As a result, Melinda will always come highly recommended from me.
